Do we deliver internationally?

At this time,  We currently only ship within the GCC (U.A.E, Kuwait, Saudia Arabia, Bahrain, Doha , Oman, Qatar) region. if you dont see your country in the drop down list at checkout , feel free to send us an email at info@beautysolutions-me.com and we will let you know if your country is eligible to have our products shipped.

What payment options do we accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards as well as cash on delivery.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and dispatched it cannot be canceled. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. You will have to speak with a member of our team for review, please email us at info@beautysolutions-me.com. if the order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel it.

Do we deliver on weekends?

Orders are only delivered during working days only. Orders placed on Thursday after 9:00am will only be proccesed on Sunday.

Is there a minimum spend for free delivery?

Simply spend AED 200 or more for free delivery in UAE, For orders within GCC a minimum order of 600 AED needs to be placed. However, this is subject to change and we cannot gaurantee the custom changes if there are any after reaching the country of your destination

Can I change the address of my delivery?

At the time of placing the order, pleae ensure the address and phone number is accurate. if you need to change teh address our courier partner will give you a call and this can be arranged with them

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed, delivery will be between 1 - 3 days with our delivery partners in UAE. Deliveries Can take upto a week or 2 for countries within GCC If you order on a Thursday before 9:00am you will receive your order on Saturday. No deliveries are made on Friday. Delivery schedules in holiday periods are subject to announcement.


Our return policy is valid if you are not completely satisfied with any product

We are happy to offer a refund exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 3 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.

Sale items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged. Please follow the below guideline 

1. Please email contact our customer services team at info@beautysolutions-me.com to notify them of the product you would like to return. You will need to provide full details of your customer order number, which is provided in the documentation that arrives with your order, together with details of the items you wish to return.

2. Once you have received a confirmation that we will accept a return for your product, please make sure you indicate whether you would like a refund, replacement or exchange. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that your return package and the goods are wrapped securely are in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

3.For international orders -Please schedule a return for your package  You must also provide the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your order documentation.

4. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. You will be notified immediately that we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if your product has been opened or used. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow up to 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
